The United States government passed a bill called "THE REAL ID ACT" which will require all states to issue their citizens a national id card with an RFID (radio frequency identification) chip implanted in them. The national id cards will replace old driver licenses and state/photo id cards. To make sure every state agrees to this the government stated that "any state that does not meet the standards set forth in the real ID act will lose all of it's federal funding".
After may 11, 2008 anyone without this national ID card will be unable to board an airplane or AMTrack train, open a bank account or enter a court house or national park and much more for that matter.
The government does not openly describe the use of RFID chips by name-they attempt to hide the fact that they will be keeping tabs on us all with this chip. Here is what the law says in regards to the RFID chip:
A common machine-readable technology, with defined minimum data elements (the details of which are not spelled out, but left to the Secretary of Homeland Security, in consultation with the Secretary of Transportation and the states, to regulate).
These RFID chips can be tracked anywhere at any time through you clothes, purse and walls. RFID chips have been in use in several commercial products on the market today (Gilette mach products & Philadephia cream cheese packaging ). There has been talk of using it in money in the future. This would mean every time you obtain money from a bank or store it would be ran through a scanner and the rfid chip will be updated stating the money is in your posession. When you later spend the money at a store the rfid chip will then allow the government to know when, where and what you spend your money on.

I might have to have another surgery so maybe I'll have more tallies in the upcoming weeks.
As for now, I seem to be getting better. No more uncontrollable screaming or insomnia. I'm actually pretty happy. I'm sure laying around being waited on will eventually get old, but for now I'm soaking up my lack of responsibility. Great friends have been really pulling through for me. Alison is covering all my shifts for the next months so that i have an option to go back to gainesville employed. Jay and tricia have moved some of my most important things(porn and pot) out of my old house.
Drugs are great, but i still can't feel them as much as I'd like. I was always afraid of methadone and oxycontin but I've never cried for something more. Even my morphine drip wasn't doing it either. they gave me all these things together but all it did was knock my pulse out. They put me on an oxygen machine, after cpr.
I'm at home indefinitely. Reading trash magazine and eating pudding. It's not soo bad. I would love book recommendations or really any recommendations on killing time while immbile. I really cant move at all right now, but hopefully once i get a cast on I'll be actually able to get off the couch to take a crap by myself.

I've been walking, riding (all kinds of bikes), borrowing (all kinds a cars),I've been towed and I've torn my knee, but today is mine. I'm the proud new owner of an 86' cutlass supreme. Oh it's a hoopty and I'm naming her Blanche Deveroe. Hopefully I can get everything in order so that I can hop into a spring tomorrow.

Avail was supposed to play but the cops broke it up.
It was one of the most insane funnest parties EVER.
The funny thing is the party wasn't broken up because of the noise. The cops told Troy that "There's a hundred drunk punks in my street." What?
I woke up on the floor there surrounded by a bunch of strange faces, so I walked home and borrowed a bike and went swimming in paradise pool. That shit has a water fall. I love life

Best Spring Break!
Movie Making. Bike Riding(down my stairs) breaking windows. FUN FUN FUN
The Highlight was The Springs. THe MAss that collected on my front porch at 11am was the best group by far. Kids from Minnesota represent. We were introduced to the free jump off point for three hours of straight CHILLACTZZ'N
Floatable canooes and a float just for the beer,whiskey and champagne. It was a glorious day! Maybe one of the best times of all time.
Not drinking for a couple weeks was alright. I'm trying to dedicate my free time to more productive things rather than getting trashed every moment. I've been learning a couple cords and geezzz all the bands, dudes, practices, recording, teaching that goes on in my little top floor home is soo inspiring everyone wants everybody to join in. I feel like we're all making something soo wonderful. We're letting out and sharing and I've never been in such an environment before. I need to work on my seamstress skills. Actually I just need some cause I got zilch. All my pants are soo holey their pretty scandalous.
I want everyone to visit there's soo many outside things to do. There's something magical about 72 degree water that washes despair right off and sets in a straight flow of euphoria.
PS. Fuck YAhoo. I'm need a new E-mail. Anybody have any recommendations?
